Richard Cosker was retained by us to sort out an application for change of use of our annex. I am confident that if we had simply applied by ourselves, we would have been turned down, flat. Even when it looked like the permission was likely to be passed but with an extra piece of procedural paperwork, Richard was able to rebuff that challenge, saving us money. Latest residential case studies:
RCC worked closely with PKA Architects who were commissioned to design a new classical country house just outside of Marlborough. As shown in the photographs, the site consisted of a complex of farm buildings and a number of houses along the ridge line.
RCC was asked by the Manton Estate to work with Jeremy Browne Associates on a proposed development in Marlborough. The proposal involved the development of a current council owned open space/play area for housing whilst compensatory open space was provided on adjacent land owned by the estate.
RCC were approached by the applicants who had tried to attain planning permission for residential development within their garden since 1984. During that time they were unsuccessful with seven planning applications of which three had been dismissed on appeal.
