RCC are delighted to have attained planning permission at this hugely impressive stable yard in Wiltshire.

This was an extensive listed stable yard on a country estate near Marlborough, one where RCC had been involved many times over the year on various residential and equine projects. This application involved formalising the residential use of part of the stable, untied to equestrian use, and also undertaking significant remodelling to creating a fantastic unit of accommodation for a family member.
