The house was in a village in Wiltshire and our clients wanted to down size but not move, as such the proposal was to split their current house in two and live in one side whist selling or letting the other side.  Whilst there were delays in attaining the approval RCC worked with the council and kept the client updated as we progressed to a successful outcome.
