Cover image for New site for village car garage permitted

The building was part of a small agricultural yard just outside of a village in Wiltshire and a full planning permission was required as the building had been built under agricultural permitted development rights within the last 10 years.

RCC were particularly pleased to help attain this planning permission as the occupier of the new garage site was having to leave their site they leased in the village as planning permission had been attained for housing on that site as that site had been allocated for housing in the Neighbourhood Plan.  It was RCC who had attained that residential permission on behalf of our developer clients.  Now the use can continue in the village where it has a very large loyal customer base.
