Multiple application being approved for Abri Housing Association

RCC have long worked with Abri Housing Association on a wide variety of housing developments on the redevelopment of garage courts or other under utilised land.  We had attained numerous approvals over the years but then the nutrient neutrality restrictions on a wide area of Somerset that stalled a number of applications.  While there was no technical solution available we had to ensure all other issues were considered acceptable and waited for a solution.  This eventually came via a bespoke scheme through their own housing stock and now the formal paperwork has been completed the planning permission are being granted which is great news.
