Conversion of outbuilding to residential use permitted in Wiltshire

RCC have been involved in numerous proposals to convert underused buildings to residential use and as such we were very confident when approach to work on this proposal with the property owner.  We overcame the many elements of the council's local plan policy and even had to deal with bats at the site but the one element that became a sticking point was surface water drainage, even though this was an existing building.

We had to withdraw one application and regroup with us then bringing in a specialist drainage consultant who assisted us with the proposal.  As a result we now have the permission for our client.
