Annex use approved for holiday let in Wiltshire
RCC are pleased to have received permission for our clients at this property
Updated
The building had a history of being used as two holiday lets but with changing circumstances our clients needed one of the units as an annex for a aging parent. The use of the building was restricted by a planning condition and so RCC were asked to apply to vary that condition to allow for the annex use.
RCC know from experience that annex proposals can be tricky with planning officers often not fully understanding the case law, there was also the issue of losing one of the holiday let units. We presented a robust case and, whilst there were lengthy delays, permission was granted under delegated powers.
