A planning application for such a proposal in an area characterised by equine facilities should be straightforward.  However the site was, in a designated national landscape, in an area of archaeological interest and the issue of Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) also had to be dealt with.  RCC made sure that these issues were all addressed, and where necessary issues raised rebutted, to ensure a successful outcome for the application.
