RCC were first asked to undertake a planning feasibility study to explore the likelihood of this building being converted into residential use. The loss of community facilities is always controversial but in this instance the use of the building had reduced hugely post Covid and there was an alternative facility in the village.
RCC worked with the client and PKA Architects to create a really interesting 'upside down' house as can be seen in the extract above where the proposed first floor plan is shown. We look forward to this project been taken on as this will be a fantastic modest character property.
