We are delighted that permission has been granted for a pair of detached dwellings in this Wiltshire village within the normal 8 week period.
The site had previously been very controversial but with the client and his architect we carefully developed a proposal that was sensitive to the previous concerns but maximised the amount of development.
Approval was subsequently forthcoming under delegated powers.
