The couple had undertaken work as part of a residential conversion without realising further permission was required and needed our assistance to resolve the issues raised.  What should have been a relatively straightforward matter became more complicated due to objections received to the retrospective application.  RCC has to ensure further submissions were made to robustly defend the proposal or risk enforcement action for our clients.  We were all delighted when permission was granted and the matter resolved.
