RCC have managed to attain permission to remove a planning condition requiring a house to be demolished as part of a wider development of the site.
The condition had previously been imposed on amenity grounds and our clients wanted to secure permission for developing the wider site but it was always our intention to challenge the validity of that condition.
Our subsequent ‘removal of condition’ application provided a robust case on this matter and the council accepted that case and approved removal of the condition under delegated powers.
