RCC attain another conversion approval in Wiltshire

We are delighted to have attained planning permission for this conversion in the designated National Landscape with Atelier 17 architects. RCC have undertaken a significant number of such conversions under Policy CP48 and we are well drilled in what is required to get such proposals over the line and approved. We have a very high level of success with only one application not getting planning permission (and we had advised the client it was a high risk proposal).

In 2013 the Government introduced new permitted development rights to allow office buildings to be converted to residential use. This was for an initial temporary period of 3 years but they subsequently made the new rights permanent in 2016.
