RCC are pleased to have attained permission for a sizeable extension to a property in Lyneham. We were asked to assess a previous proposal that had failed to gain the support of the planning officers but it was clear there were some specific issues that created challenges in attaining the floorspace/accommodation required. A scheme that satisfied our clients was achieved and now officers have agreed and approved the proposal.
