This was achieved in a timely manner with RCC making the case that settlement boundary review was at too early a stage to block the development.
RCC were then asked to assist the developers who bought the site to attain a reserved matters approval that maximised the full potential of this site in this very popular Wiltshire village. Permission has now been granted for three very good sized dwellings which we know will be hugely sought after.
