RCC were approached following a previous application was refused for a number of reasons.  We were asked to assess the likely chances of success on appeal and what the best course of action was.  There was one element that we considered would be unsuccessful on appeal and as such our advise was amending that element of the work and resubmit with a robust planning and heritage case.

Once submitted there was the need for some further negotiations and rebuttal of issues raised by the conservation officer but we were delighted when the planning officer issued an approval under delegated powers.
