As reported last year, RCC were instructed to assist a national property developer on this project towards the end of last year. Whilst Class MA permitted development rights were used there is still a huge amount of work required to support such an application and the council have to consider a number of issues (and can also object on these issues) as part of the application process.
There was extensive dialogue with the council, and additional work that was needed by other consultants on the team, but consent has now been issued, much to our clients delight.
