The landowner had worked with another agent and in total three applications had been submitted over the years but none had been successful.  RCC were then recommended to the landowner and we worked with him to prepare and submit a new application, but this time the application was supported by a robust planning statement.  We were so please then the planning officer advised that they would now support the application and outline was permitted under delegated powers with the minimum of delay.
