A previous application submitted by others had to be withdrawn following objections from the planning officers. RCC were asked to review the situation and advise on the best way forward. We have extensive experience and success with annex/ancillary accommodation proposals and we often see planning officers wrongly applying planning policy and not understanding the case law around such proposals.
RCC therefore prepared a detailed planning statement in support of the application setting out the case in support of the proposal and we were therefore delighted when full planning permissions was granted.
