The proposed barn was to store a personal vehicle collection and was located near their house (which has recently been subject to an approval to extend extensively) and one of their commercial site. Whilst the barn was of a substantial scale RCC demonstrated that the building was for personal use and that it would have no adverse impact on the landscape of the area or neighbour amenity. The application was approved in the normal timescales.
