This is the second application approved with RCC in the village in the last few months and we are delighted that this one went smoothly and approved within 8 weeks. RCC had attained a previous planning permission on the site but our client was not in a position to implement that approval before it expired.
There had been a few changes in circumstances since the last approval so we still had to carefully present this application to the council and ensure the case was made that the previous extant planning permission could be implemented if required, thus creating the 'fall back' position. In the end the council approved the new application with the minimum of delay and before the previous application expired.
