Grand country house approved in Berkshire

There is an existing dwelling on the site that really wasn't fit for purpose and our client wanted to replace this with something more appropriate for the site and its setting.

Fleming Architects were instructed to design the proposed dwelling as our clients wanted a high quality traditional design that was sympathetic to the local area. The final designs can be seen in these CGI images and we know the architect and the client will demand the highest of quality finishes to do this design justice.

In 2013 the Government introduced new permitted development rights to allow office buildings to be converted to residential use. This was for an initial temporary period of 3 years but they subsequently made the new rights permanent in 2016.
