RCC provided the planning input on this proposal working closely with the architect, the ecologist, structural engineer, viability surveyor and of course the client. This was really good quality building on a good sized plot of land. Clearly the length and narrow width of the building impacts on the final design approach taken.
As noted above, as is normal with policy CP48 in Wiltshire, there are a number of other consultants needed to help attain approval and RCC has a well established team of consultants that we use and brought onto this project. This is something that RCC can bring to all projects.
