When RCC first started working on this property it was subject to enforcement action as it was being used as a permanent dwelling even though it only had permission as tourist accommodation. We were eventually successful at a planning appeal in attaining a full residential use of the property and getting an enforcement notice quashed. We have now been successful in attaining permission for a rear extension to the modest building so that it will now work much better as a dwelling.
