The client's property was large, and whilst is wasn't listed, it has a heritage value and was located in a conservation area next to a listed church. The proposal therefore was to create a large ground mounted array well away from the main house as can bee seen in the drawing extract.
The councils agreed that there were environmental benefits in having the solar array and that the proposal as presented would cause no demonstrable harm and permission was granted under delegated powers.
