The barn was sited in the AONB and hence the Class Q PDR route was not an option for our client. As such the application fell to be considered under the council's countryside conversion policy which does not immediately support open market residential use of such buildings. RCC has extensive experience of successfully dealing with this policy and attaining residential and we were delighted with another success.
