Approval granted for equine veterinary clinic/hospital in Wiltshire
RCC are really pleased to have attained this permission for our client who is veterinarian to the GBR equestrian team

The proposal was to change the use a previous equine yard to allow the Veterinary practice/hospital to be created. Importantly however the application included a new dwelling and two self contained staff planting to allow a vet and nurses to live on site.
This was a far from straight forward proposal which raised a number of difficult planning issues but RCC worked closely with the owner to produce a compelling business case to allow the whole development to be approved as submitted.
