Our client runs a company from the site but also has a couple of tenants within the yard  and was looking to provide some new smaller units on the site frontage to be able to let out.  Having regard to the roadside frontage our client wanted the maximum flexibility for the permitted uses to allow for uses that needed a more open and visible location.    There were some delays with the council, just due to current workloads, but permission was granted with the minimum of fuss.
