We had previously attained permission to convert part of a building to self-storage use under Class R PDR rights and then attained a further consent for shipping containers on the site, also for self-storage. RCC have now managed to get full planning permission to convert the remaining section of the building plus further storage containers. This was never an easy site being in the AONB and outside of any settlement but this success is great news for our clients and an important element of diversification on their farm.
