The site was located outside of any settlement but had a history of employment uses.  When we first established a planning permission for the storage use the council limited the amount of units and the hours of operation on the site.  This latest application not only expanded the number of storage containers on site by increasing the site area but we also managed to persuade the council that allowing customers to access the containers 24 hours a day.  Both of these changes will hugely help our clients as they continue to grow.
