RCC were asked to review options to re-use agricultural buildings in the World Heritage Site and AONB for commercial uses and are pleased to say the subsequent applications have been successful.
The permitted development rights route was used for part of the proposal but part of the proposed use was a class B2 use and as such a full application was needed.
A noise assessment report was commissioned to address neighbour amenity issues and the overall approach taken by RCC has resulted in a very satisfied client.
