This was an interesting case as many people will be aware of permitted development rights (PDR) that allow you to extend you house or building an outbuilding in your garden but there are also a wide range of other PDR that have been introduced by the Government over the years.  These rights relate to commercial building and allow for extensions and alterations within certain parameters and subject to a number on criteria.

In this instance we set out the clear case as to why the works undertaken were permitted development and the council confirmed that they agreed with our case and issued the certificate.
