RCC had previously undertaken work at this eventing yard and the aim was to replace the mobile home with a new permanent dwelling. However complex business issues plus other events has meant that attaining permission for a permanent dwelling at this point would have been very difficult, in fact the application was likely to be rejected. As such RCC advised that a further temporary permission was the best way forward and whilst we hope to apply for a permanent dwelling sooner rather than later the 6 year permission gives plenty of time for the application to be be prepared and submitted and for the resulting house to be built.
