Living in an AONB surrounded by Heritage Woodland, a Roman archaeological site and beautiful open views, obtaining planning permission for stables, a manege and extensions to our house was always going to be a challenge. The site had a history of refused applications and our first attempt at permission for a manege was refused. We contacted RCC Town Planning Consultancy for help. Richard Cosker came and visited us and immediately understood what we wanted to achieve and how to balance that with maintaining the beauty of the surrounding landscape and the planning policy of West Berkshire County Council. His advice was excellent and, throughout the subsequent planning applications he kept an open dialogue with ourselves and the planning officers, ensuring any questions were promptly answered and reassurances given. We received approval for all the planning applications we made. We are very grateful to Richard for his support and advice and strongly recommend his services.
